Restaurant Sushi Kin
In this interior design project, the goal was to create an atmosphere that references Japan’s ancient culture. In a spacious building, the lounge, bar, and main seating area with tables and armchairs share the restaurant's space. The reclaimed wood flooring, wood-slat ceiling, and walls painted with Venetian stucco technique bring warmth and a sense of “history” to the location. Additionally, hand-painted tables, each with a motif that reflects Japanese culture, and the choice of Japanese masks as decoration at the entrance—used to ward off evil spirits and welcome prosperity—add to the ambiance. In the lounge, a custom wooden screen was designed, and each armchair features a unique color, model, and fabric pattern.
