P308 calls on the old question of the dialogues between the old and the new in contemporary architecture. Its front facade is symmetrical, solid and opaque. The materiality of the walls suggests a structural masonry construction.
However, on the inside, a transformation occurs: the weight of the masonry construction is converted into levity and transparency with a metal structure that projects itself towards the backyard, accommodating the large windows that create a crystal pavilion in the center of the house.
