P570 | Apartamento

Apartment P570 emerges from the encounter between interior and landscape, where the view of Parque do Povo becomes the essence of the project. The AARQ team starts from an open-plan layout that integrates the balcony, living, and dining areas into a continuous flow, with glass doors and cementitious flooring enhancing visual and spatial fluidity. Natural light, the building’s geometry designed by Aflalo Gasperini Architects, and the surrounding greenery guide the experience, dissolving boundaries between inside and outside.

With a sober palette and materials that coexist in harmony such as exposed concrete, wood, and dark joinery, the interior gains both density and balance. Icons of Brazilian design like the Beg Armchair by Sérgio Rodrigues and artworks by Cláudio Edinger and Tomie Ohtake introduce moments of color and emotion, revealing the residents’ identity. Between art, design, and landscape, P570 embodies a quiet elegance, a space conceived to embrace, inspire contemplation, and endure.
