The model apartment at Senna Tower, developed by FG Empreendimentos and designed by AARQ redefines contemporary living by blending sophistication, comfort, and functionality. With its narrow and elongated floor plan, the project tackles spatial challenges through a calm, cool-toned palette, soft textures, and thoughtfully curated furnishings. Integrated living, dining, and kitchen areas encourage connection, while details like folding muxarabi doors and smart home automation enhance everyday life with elegance and ease.

Artworks from Galeria Simões de Assis, pieces by Jader Almeida, furniture by Artefacto, and vintage finds bring an authentic, layered personality to the space. The layout includes a powder room and five versatile suites, including a master suite that opens to expansive views. Currently in development, the common areas are guided by a conceptual briefing rooted in nature, technology, and the legacy of Ayrton Senna — celebrated as a symbol of resilience, precision, and authenticity.
