The interior design project for a duplex penthouse near Ibirapuera Park was conceived around the couple’s collection, which included works by Alfredo Volpi and iconic pieces of modern Brazilian furniture. The social areas on the upper floor — living room, dining room, and terrace with a pool — were designed to highlight restored armchairs and chairs by Sergio Rodrigues, placed in dialogue with creations by Jorge Zalszupin, such as the Petal table, Onda bench, and Cubo sofa. On the lower floor, custom millwork for the master suite completed the intervention, bringing cohesion to the apartment’s private spaces.

The balance between Rodrigues’ inviting comfort and Zalszupin’s geometric rigor resulted in a composition that is both elegant and relaxed. Bathed in abundant natural light, the spaces were defined by subtle architectural interventions marked by an economy of lines and delicate finishes, giving protagonism to the masters of Brazilian design who guided the project’s narrative.
